Family Centre Services

What is the service and who can access it?

We attend four Family Centres across the Dudley Borough to offer advice and guidance to parents of children under 5 years old  or prospective parents who are expecting a baby, who are registered with one of these centres.

How can this service be accessed?

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic Citizens Advice staff in the Family Centres are not currently working in community venues or providing face to face support due to the Social Distancing guidelines introduced by the Government.

However, Citizens Advice Dudley Borough are still open and we are still working hard to ensure you get the advice you need. Therefore, you can still access the Family Centre service by:

Ringing our contact centre on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday’s 9.30 – 3.30pm on 0300 3309 044

We are currently closed for  face to face appointments due to the Pandemic, please call our Contact Centre on 0300 3309 044, which will be open to help you Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9.30am and 3.30pm
