Headway Black Country Citizens Advice Service

What is the service and who can access it?

We offer a casework service specifically for people with acquired brain injury, their families and carers who access the organisation ‘Headway Black Country’.

Acquired Brain Injury can affect anyone at anytime, regardless of age, gender or lifestyle. It is often caused by:

  • an injury or accident
  • a stroke or brain haemorrhage
  • an infection of the brain

Many survivors and their family members require a lot of support and our service  can provide advice on all of our 9 advice enquiry areas.

How can this service be accessed?

This service can be accessed by calling Headway directly to book an appointment with one of our advisor’s.

 Call Headway  Monday to Thursday between 9 am and 4 pm and Friday between 9am and 2pm  on 01384 869961
