Reaching Out Project
What is the service and who can access it?
We are based at Atlantic House in Lye, working specifically with people with substance misuse issues. Our service supports individuals who are accessing Atlantic House to receive treatment for substance misuse from recovery teams. Through our advice and guidance we help individuals transition back into the community.
How can this service be accessed?
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic Citizens Advice staff in the Reaching out Project are not currently working in community venues or providing face to face support due to the Social Distancing guidelines introduced by the Government.
However, Citizens Advice Dudley Borough are still open and we are still working hard to ensure you get the advice you need. Therefore, you can still access the Reaching out Project service by:
Ringing our contact centre on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday’s 9.30 – 3.30pm on 0300 3309 044
