Are you looking for an exciting way to give back and gain valuable experience? We’re expanding our services and need passionate volunteers to support us in Wolverhampton, Dudley, and Sandwell.

Volunteer Positions Available:

Receptionists – To provide and efficient reception cover at our offices in Wolverhampton and Dudley.

Role Description and Person Specification

Wellbeing Tutors – To deliver our 6-week programme to help people with long term health conditions at community venues across the Dudley Borough.

Role Description and Person Specification

Home Library Drivers – Help us to deliver books to individuals who are unable to access library services across Wolverhampton and/or Sandwell.

Role Description

Contact Centre Assessors – To provide an assessment of client’s advice needs, on the telephone, by email and webchat in our Contact Centre in Dudley.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED – Plus, we’ll reimburse your travel expenses (fuel or bus fares, car parking), so volunteering won’t cost you anything but your time
