Cost of Living Hubs Update 19th September 2023
Please note for week beginning 18th September for 1 week only, our Cost of Living Hubs will not be running. The Hubs will resume w/b 25th September
In addition, please note that as of Wednesday 27th September onwards, our Brierley Hill Hub has moved to a Wednesday and will be alternating with our Halesowen Hub. Please look at the Eventbrite appointments to see which Wednesday’s we are in which venue.
Our Hub Venues:
Our Halesowen Hub (now alternating Wednesdays with Brierley Hill Hub) located at Halesowen Library, The Cornbow Shopping Centre, 7th Floor Halesowen
Open every other Wednesday (alternating with Brierley Hill Hub)
Our Brierley Hill Hub (Moved from a Thursday to alternative Wednesdays) located at Methodist Church, 24 Bank St, Brierley Hill
Open every other Wednesday (alternating with our Halesowen hub)
Our Stourbridge Hub located at Christ Church, High Street, Lye starting 28th September
Open every Thursday starting Thursday 28th September
Our Dudley Hub located at Provision House, 80 – 81 High Street, Dudley
Open every Friday
Please note the following criteria for our Hubs:
• Households are permitted to attend up to 3 times since our hubs opened. This is for any of our hubs (ie 3 times across any hub and not per hub)
• There must be a minimum of 12 days between each appointment
• Households must be in the Dudley Borough, e.g. paying council tax to Dudley Borough Council
• Only one appointment per household is required, regardless of how many members of the household are attending on the day
Appointments are only available on our Eventbrite Page
If you are not eligible your appointment may be cancelled or you will be refused entry on the day.
Cancellation: If you no longer require your ticket, please cancel it to free up space for someone else. To cancel your ticket please login to your Eventbrite account and click on your profile icon where you will see your Active Tickets. Click on the ticket you wish to cancel and on the left hand side you will see the Cancel Order option. Please click and confirm cancellation.
