Our New Information Hub In Wolverhampton is Open!
Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton are excited to announce we have opened a new office in Wolverhampton, joining our existing office in Dudley.
We closed our previous Wolverhampton office located at Snowhill after the Covid-19 pandemic, as it was no longer suitable.
Our brand new office is perfect for continuing to support Wolverhampton residents across the City and for future proofing the development of our vibrant and diverse organisation. The address is: 68 Victoria Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 3NX
How to Access our Services
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have redesigned our information, advice, and guidance offer to better address the significant and ongoing increasing demand for our services and the complex issues our communities need us for across the nine different advice enquiry areas we offer.
This means that due to this continued demand we are no longer able to offer a walk in full advice service so our offices across Wolverhampton and Dudley are now open for pre-scheduled client appointments only. Our New Walk-In Information Hub in Wolverhampton
We have opened a new helpful walk in Information Hub at our new Wolverhampton office, offering a new service option to assist you with information, signposting as well as guidance on next steps to access our advice services.
Our Hub is for:
Clients without computer access who need assistance navigating websites and other on-line resources. Our trained Information Hub Facilitators will be on hand to offer basic support on where to find helpful information. Often this can be enough to give someone the information they need to solve their query!
Our Information Hub is a drop-in service, available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm (with the last client entry at 2:30pm). No appointment is required, and support is on a first come, first served basis.
Our Hub is not for:

How to get to our Wolverhampton Information Hub
Our Wolverhampton Information Hub and office is City Centre based, conveniently located opposite to one of the entrances to the Mander Shopping Centre, Waterstones and The George Wallis Pub. With prominent external branding, our office is easy to find! The location benefits from excellent transport links, making it simple to access.
We’re excited to open our Information Hub alongside our advice services, helping the public to continue to access important information and, when needed, provide details on how to access our bookable advice services and/or other relevant organisations (dependent on demand and/or advice need).
This exciting development represents a significant step forward with our continued commitment to meeting the ongoing increasing demand from residents and communities across Wolverhampton and Dudley, providing information, advice and guidance on a comprehensive range of complex advice enquiry areas.
Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton, strongly believe in the power of collaboration and the location of our new Wolverhampton premises alongside our current Dudley office, provides us with an ideal platform to develop our existing partnerships and create new ones in our continued ambitions to support the diverse Wolverhampton and Dudley communities in which we work and live.
