Reaccreditation of the West Midlands Combined Authority Thrive at Work award!
We have worked hard to maintain this accreditation that we achieved 5 years ago and alongside many workforce wellbeing initiative in the last 12 months we have also co-created and implemented our organisation’s Values (the 4 ‘C’s), our new Workforce Health and Wellbeing policy and our new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy, running focus groups to capture staff feedback and insights to shape what we have today.
This reaccreditation reflects the strong foundations we have built in embedding wellbeing practices across our organisation. It also recognises the work we’ve done together to maintain and further develop a supportive, inclusive, and healthy working environment where people feel valued, heard, and able to thrive.
This achievement marks another step forward in our journey to create a workplace where wellbeing is at the heart of what we all do; for ourselves as people, the organisation’s values, and the communities we serve.
