Volunteering Q&A

What locations could I work at?

Volunteers are able to work at our own building based venues where people can get advice is Dudley House, Stone Street, Dudley or 26 Snow Hill, Wolverhampton or from one of 15 of our outreach venues. In addition, there are opportunities to volunteer from home, if accessibility due to a particular disability is a barrier.
We also have an administration office in Dudley town centre where our business support functions are based.

I have a disability – can I volunteer?

Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton encourages applicants with disabilities where we have a supportive and welcoming volunteering environment. We have a diverse and inclusive workforce and offer a range of support services to meet the needs of our disabled volunteers.
