Get Advice

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic Citizens Advice staff are not currently working in community venues or providing face to face support due to the Social Distancing guidelines introduced by the Government.

However, we are still open and working hard to ensure you get the advice you need and can access us in other ways.

Please look at the tabs on the left hand side of this page.

Choose the type of advice area you need our help with and click on that tab. You will find lots of different ways you can access us to get the support you need.

N.B. (Please be patient if you are in a telephone queue when you ring, we are receiving higher than normal demand for our service and our assessors will answer your call as quickly as possible).

We very much look forward to welcoming you back to our face to face venues once it is safe to do so, but in the meantime, Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton continues to support communities and individuals through this difficult time. We’re here for you.
