For Wolverhampton residents – Our information hub is open in our Wolverhampton Office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am – 3pm (last admission 2.30pm). Here you can speak to one of our information hub facilitators who can help direct you to the advice you need and an IT suite that you can also use for free where our facilitators can help you navigate key national websites to see if your advice issue can be answered. Please note that we do not offer full advice in the information hub. Therefore please see the document ‘accessing our services’ to identify which route into our organisation is most appropriate for you.
For Dudley Borough residents – we are in the process of setting up our information hub at our local office in Dudley. We will update this information when it is ready.
