Help to Claim Universal Credit Service

What is the service and who can access it?

Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton can support you make a new claim for Universal Credit, from opening your account to receiving your first full payment. You can be referred to us for support by the Job Centre, Local Authority, other agencies who identify a need for help or refer yourself.

How can this service be accessed?

 You can contact an adviser through our free Help to Claim phone service on 0800 144 8444  between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday 

Ask for a translator if you need to get advice in a different language.
